This is a picture when I was in Korea, and we made kimchi . I put the sauce coated on the layer of cabbage. Then, I rolled up the Chinese cabbage and also coated with more sauce. After that, put into the refrigerator. When we were done at making, it’s similar as what we often saw on the television. I think this was very simple, but they used different materials than what I thought. So, taste was not same as what I ate before. Nowadays, we can storage in the refrigerator and eat whenever we want to eat.
