How to make silk screen T-shirt
We have to follow some steps to make silk screen T-shirt. First, you need to decide picture that you want on your T-shirt. Then, draw picture on transparency. Second, you need to choose a dark place to put emulsion on the screen. Emulsion is really sensitive about UV light, so that’s why we need to do in dark place. Next, after emulsion drying, keep screen and picture out from light. Next, take out the silk screen and use water to wash it, because there is emulsion on silk screen. Next, put ink on the frame and print on the T-shirt. This time, you need to careful not to slip off from T-shirt. Finally, make the ink dry. There is many steps to make silk screen, and those all are really important. Therefore, when we make it, we need to follow those steps very carefully. Then, we can have a nice screen T-shirt.

Now days, it’s really easy to get cold or sick, because it’s the turning point of season. So, we should protect our body from sickness. First, wash your hands and gargle often. Specially, when you came back from outside, there is many bacteria on your hands and throat, so you have to wash your hands with soap and gargle. When you wash your hands, don’t forget to use soap, so we can kill bacteria. We should attach those customs. Second, sleep enough. Usually we can’t sleep enough on school days, because we need to wake up early and we have a lot of homework. However, if we don’t sleep enough, our body can’t take a rest and can’t reset so our body will be tired and easy to get sick. Therefore we should try to sleep enough. For example, do homework early and go to bed early, so that you can have enough sleep. In my opinion, if we don’t want to get sick we should do those steps to protect our body. How to protect myself from sickness
Washing hands is necessary to be healthy. Whenever I go out and come back to home, I bring enormous germs from outside that can make you sick. Those germs can go to my lung, stomach, and even heart through blood vessel, and then I will get in a problem. For example, one of my friends, Hyun woo, had eye disease because he used to touch his face with his dirty hand. So his eyes get germs and turned red. For the other example, I had a terrible stomachache because I ate a chocolate bar which my sick brother left. So I could know how much dangerous it was. In my opinion, keeping my hands clean is the best way to protect myself from sickness.

How to protect myself from sickness
There are one way that we can protect myself from sickness. We need to do more exercise. Because do More exercise can make your body get stronger and can let you body feel better. Do more exercise also can lost your fat to get muscle. After you exercise you will get tired. Then you will want to eat much, and you also can sleep better in the night. For example, one day I got sick and I always got better then got worse. So I went to exercise, I ran in the every morning. After ranning I always ate much and I felt the body strength. Then I walked to the school and after school I still ran for an hour. I could ate three bowl of rice after ranning. I could fall asleep few minutes in the evening. After two weeks I felt my body got better than before. In my conclusion, do more exercise can let far away the sickness.

Two Items in my room
There are two items in my room that I don’t often use but I would like to keep them. First, my one of Nike shoes is good appearance but uncomfortable to wear. I bought it in Japan because I like sports brand and it looks really cool and pretty. However, it’s heavy and little hard to walk. So, I don’t often wear that but I want to keep it. Second, one of my jeans was given by my friend in my birthday and it looks really cool but doesn’t much with my body. My friend gave me because she knows that I like to buy jeans. Also, it’s really nice brand of jeans, looks really cool, and my type. However, when I tried it, it didn’t fit with my body. I really want to wear that but if I wear, I feel so uncomfortable. Improvement from the past to future

So I go to ESL classes to improve English. ESL class gives me a larger progress in English. When I came American, anther people speak with me in English. There are 2 improvements that I have made since I came here and study in ESL class First. My grammar is improved. Before my grammar is very bed. I don't know how to make a sense sentence. For example. I didn't know when I needed to add the period of the and. But MrTaught us when used the one subject and two verbs we needen't to add the comma. If we needed to use two subjects and two verbs we needed to add the comma in front of the and. That could let me made the sense sentence. Second, I improve my writing. Before my graph always just a little and didn't have . Now I know how to make it clearly and more. When we wrote we should write the nice topic sentence first because this could make the reader know what I wrote and could make them were attractived. So they wanted to read it. we also needed to wrote the first, second until you conclusion because this can let readers know how about the story keep going. Finally in my conclusion. There are 2 improvements that I have made since I came here and study in ESL class.The first is I am no longer sacred of writ English compositions. When I was in China, I used to sleep in English class, so my English grammar is very bad. I’m so sacred of wrote English composition because I always made many mistakes in grammar, and teacher gave me a low grades, so I lost my heart in written. As the days goes by, my written ability became worse and worse. My brain was empty when I want to wrote an English composition. Nowadays, I’m taking ESL class, so I have no choice but write journeys everyday though I really hate and scared it. Because of praise everyday, I am not afraid of writ journals any more. There’re many ideas come out when I began to write a journey. I think write a journal everyday it’s necessary and helpful. The second, I can speak loudly. I used to speak loudly because I always worried about my pronunciation and grammar and provocation incorrect. In ESL class, Mr. Nakagawa made severe rules, so I have to speak English even talk with Chinese. At first, I felt it’s kind of weird but now I am getting used to speak English. I never worried about pronunciation and grammar now because I know American students and international students can understand me, communication is the aim why I learned English, and I think I will better if I keep talking.

Improvement from past to future
There are 2 improvements that I have made since I came here and study in ESL class. First of all, I have improved my ability of listening in English. At the beginning, I could understand nothing, so I pretended to understand. For example, while I was coming to Hays, even I should find Korean people. It’s my one of my terrible memories. Fortunately I could improve my English skills quickly, so I became able to know what is my homework and how can I do it. Next, I have improved my ability of cutting hairs. I think it’s really surprising till now. I have cut hair only 6 times, but even I can cut my hair. Although I can’t cut exceedingly long hair like Mr. Nakagawa or short hair like Dan, I’m proud of this skill. In my conclusion, period in the US is priceless.

This is my first time to have study hall for ESL, and I am very sad for three reasons. Mr. Nakagawa has to leave school at third hour today. So, we have a study hall now. I really do not like to go to study hall because it is so boring for me. That is why I am so sad now. First, it is because I cannot chart with others. For example, I like to chart with other students. It makes me comfortable. It also makes me have a lot of friend and I can know more about each other who have this class. I also can share my stories with other students like some made me very happy or sad. I can know their stories too. Second it is because I have to do a lot of homework. As we know Mr. Nakagawa always like to give us a lot of homework. So he must give us much homework today. It makes me very sad. For example, this study hall he told us that we need to write a journal which need to more than twenty sentences. I do not like to write because it is so difficult to me. I do not need to finish this during the class, but I must finish it before tomorrow. It means that I have more homework tonight. Third, it is because I learned in study hall is less than in class. I need teacher teach me the way that how to write prefect journal. That can makes me improve my English soon. In study hall we just need to write homework and we cannot learn as much as class. First Study Hall for ESL
This is my first time to have a study hall time and I am very bored for 3 reasons. First, it is because I can’t talk with my classmates and teacher. For example, I used to express my view, and I compared my view with their view. I could be interested in my class by talking, but nobody can speak at the study hall by rules. Therefore I can’t talk and compare my view with theirs. Second, it is because I should study by myself. For example, I could understand paragraph about writing skills easily by listening at teacher, but I should read a textbook to understand it at study hall. Even though the book is specific, listening at teacher is easier and faster, and also reading book is pretty boring. Therefore I don’t want study hall. Third, it is because I can’t concentrate on studying. For example, some students are talking loudly, and some people are walking while I’m studying. Because I can’t concentrate on studying well, time flowing seems slow. That’s why it is boring. In my conclusion, studying in class is more interesting and funny.

This is my first time to joined soccer team, and I am very sad for 3 reasons. First, it is because it’s easy to get hurt in match. For example, I hurt myself twice in one game. The first one is my teammate pass me a ball. That ball him passed me is really powerful, but unfortunately the ball didn’t go the right but hit my weakest part. I just lay on the field and can’t stand up. It really hurts. Then the coach and help me to out of the field. After a while, I felt better, so the coach let me return to the field. 5 minutes later, when I was protecting the ball, opposing player push me away, I hit on our goalkeeper’s kneel. That part hurt again, that kind of pain is unimaginative. The second, it’s because it spend a lot of time. For example soccer practice is from 5:30 to 7:30 except Wednesday, We should left the dorm at 5:00. We arrived dorm at about 3:40, after have a rest and change my clothes, I only have less than 30 minutes. After we came back to eat dinner and finish took shower, it’s almost 8:00. Then study hall begun, I still think about soccer, can’t focus on homework. I should spend more time on homework. Third, the practice is really hard. The weather is become colder and colder, sometimes it was raining. Our regular practice make me tired, and my ankles are easy to get hurt because of the cold weather. Sometimes coach will chose 4 or 5player to play penalty kick each three times if he didn’t made a goal, everyone should run come and go for 4 times. I’m exhaust from this kind of practice. In my opinion, when this soccer season finished, I won’t joined it again though it’s good for my health.

First study hall for ESL
This is my first time to study hall for ESL, and I am very terrible for 3 reasons. First, it is because I should behave as adult. For example, if I have study hall time, I really hate this time because we can’t behave as kids. Also, we can’t talk my classmates. If we talk each other, teacher always said” Do your assignment or don’t speak each other.” Therefore, we just focus on our study. Second, it is because I can’t concentrate. For example, we can’t talk each other when we have study hall time. However, some students want to talk about their homework or just talk each other. I think that this action is really bad because when I try to concentrate my work, this noise is really big sound. So I can’t concentrate. Third, it is because we can’t move. For example, if we have study hall time, we can’t move around in this time because I moved around in this times, another students can’t focus on their study. Because of quite around, I feel sleepy, and I always in a daze or play my pen. After study hall I find nothing I did. It makes me sad. In my opinion, take class is better than study hall. Cook food
This is my first time to cook food, and I am very happy for 3 reasons. First, I can improve my skills of my buy food. My mother taught me to buy some vegetables and meat first know the price of these. Then I needed to go to many shops and looked which one the price was the lowest. After that I should chat with the boss said the meat where was not stale and let him got lower the price. Second, I could know how to prepare for cooking . I needed to wash the meat and put it in the water of the bowl and put a little salt in it. I have to clean the vegetables and I teared leaves and clean the soil. Then I cleaned the vegetables' root and some roots I didn't need so I can cut it. After that I took out the meat and cut it. Because this was my first time so the meat sizes all different of my cut. Third, I known how to cook the food. I opened the gas bottle and gas stove. Then I droped some oil in the pot. Waiting the oil jumped then I put the meat into the pot and used turner to flip the meat let them heat average. After few minutes I took the vegetables into the pot and flipped it with meat 4 minutes. Then I put lid on the pot to choke up the food. Finally, I put the salt, MSG and tasted it. The food tasted delicious and I felt very exerciting. In my conclusion, we do everything we must very carefully that we can do best.

There are 2 things that I forgot to do last weekend. First, I forgot to buy a ruler. For example, I played a computer games with Jay, Edward and Paul on Saturday and Sunday, so I missed the bus to go to Wal-mart for shopping my ruler. Therefore I couldn’t draw a graph at the math class. Second I forgot to send my family my broken dictionary and camera. For example, I had my birthday party. How to stay active in class
There are 3 ways to stay active in class. First of all, you would better write down what teacher talk about. For example, you need to bring your pens and notebooks, also you need to listen carefully and see what teacher writes down on a board to write down what teacher is talking about. Continually you should try to memorize it in the class. If you listen carefully and write what teacher talk about, you are going to have a concentration better than before. Second, you should shake off sleepiness. For example, 20 push up after drink some water is very effective, and also going to restroom to wash your face is good for shaking off sleepiness. In addition, standing up will help you get more fresh mind and good memory when you are sleepy. Follow my instruction to have a clear sprit. Third, you should express your views. In order to express it well, you need to be prepared for the class. For example, you need to memorize it before, and you should hold the main points and then repeat to express it to be complete. In order to clean up after a party, you need to open the window first because a lot of dirt will be occurred during cleaning. Next you should pick up the cans, some pizza, the cakes, the shoes, and the sunglasses. Wiping and vacuuming the floor should be the next orderly because the vacuum fan will be broken if you vacuum some water with it. For example, when I was in Philippine, I broke a vacuum fan as I vacuumed some coke and some potato chips. Third of all, you need to remove and break the balloons. For example, I brought all of balloons to one place and broke them next because I don’t need to bend my waist to pick up the broken balloons. Finally you need to make the chairs stand. The reason that I make the chairs stand is that I think it is more comfortable to pick up the other trash. In my conclusion, it is impotent that you clean up orderly for efficient and fast cleaning.

Emotionally strong person
I think that Wang and Diao are emotionally strong people. I have one example for each that I can explain why. First, I am going to talk about Wang. The reason why I think Wang is emotionally strong is that he is always positive. Several weeks ago, even though he got a penalty, he said it is okay. If other people or I were given a penalty, we would be annoyed and feel bad. Second person is Diao. Diao always smiles. He is likely to smile even though his money is stolen. He is also positive as much as Wang. Once he laughed when he has his photograph taken during taking a shower. It means that he doesn’t often feel shy, and he is really positive. In my conclusion, Wang and Diao are emotionally strong people because they are very positive people.

Emotionally strong people
Diao and Wang are emotionally people. First, Diao had a girlfriend before he came here. After he came the US few days. He broke with his girlfriend. I thought he would be sad because when I talked him sometimes he felt a little angry and told me to stop saying. I thought he had a bad feeling. But he still always smiled on his face. When I asked him did you feel better? He always told me its ok, this was nothing. But I thought he was very sad. Second is Wang. Wang is a new International student in TMP. When we had a class he liked lying on the desk, then MR will told him set up. After he lay on the desk many times Mr. gave him a pp. But he didn’t feel very sad and chatted with us. I couldn’t feel any sad on his face. In my conclusion, I think Diao and Wang has more emotionally.

Emotionally strong people
Chad and Eric Chang are very emotionally strong people. I have 1 example for each that I can explain why. First, before Chad and I came to the states, we was riding on the road, and we play each other on the road when we riding. And the accident was happened at that time. He was falling down from his bike, and his bag belt was so long that he cannot move his body. Then, his teeth hat the ground and his two incisors were flown. At that time, his face looked very white and he was bleeding but he didn’t cry, and found the cool water clean his mouse. Then he called his parents to catch him to saw the teeth doctor. When the next day I saw him, he was lost his incisors, and he didn’t seem sad, he always laugh at me and show his mouse without incisors. I knew his sad and very care about his teeth because teeth were very important for everyone and we need our teeth. I think his very emotionally strong person. Second, I think Eric Chang is also emotionally strong person. When he was broken his bone in basketball game. He didn’t felt sad, and he was very calmness at that time. He just said it’s ok to let us don’t worry about him. Every night I always hear he was said hurt, when I asked him, he always told me his ok. In my conclusion, they are all very emotionally strong people.

Wang and Leonard are emotionally strong people, I have 2 examples that I can explain. First, 4 months ago, Wang broke up with his girlfriend Dream. We lived together at that time. I know he was really sad, but he always pretends nothing happened. There’s one night I woke up at midnight, he was still watching TV. I asked him why he didn’t sleep, he just make an excuse for it. The next day, he was laughing, kidding others in the class as usual. No one except me knows he was really painful inside. He is emotionally strong. Second of all, my roommate Leonard he is emotionally strong too. He is the only Rwanda in this dorm, and he is only 13 years old, but he never cried. He always calls his parents twice a week. I asked him did him miss his family, and he said he did. He never showed us even me he is missing his hometown, but he always looks very happy. He is the emotionally strongest kid I’ve seen. In my conclusion, these two guys are emotionally strong people in TMP.

My one of aunt is emotionally strong person. I have one example that I can explain why. My aunt and her husband were getting along very well. Since they got marry, they’ve always supported each other for 43 years. However her husband suddenly died because of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage. That time, everyone got shock n really worried about her because they had always stayed together. Actually, she cried and depressed a lot. However, it was only for a week. After a week, she changed. She looked not sad and she was doing well just like before her husband died. I was wondering that why she can be like that. In my opinion, even though she was in deep depressing, she could change her mind and made a step forward. Therefore, I think she is a really emotionally strong and great person. He just said that people’s life is the most important. We can pay money for fix the car. Another example is about Diao. When Diao argued with his girlfriend, he never got mad at others. Even a little problem can make them cry. Like last week, Yangyang missed her mother very much, so she started cry in her room. Other students cannot stop her. Even they gave her some beautiful toys, and told her some funny stories to her. After that they called me because we came from same city in China. I did my best to stop her and told her “you can see your mother on the internet, and you can go back in your winter vacation.” This is all that I could do, but it did not work. She kept crying, so in my conclusion women are easy to get emotional problems.
