How to protect our body from sickness
Now days, it’s really easy to get cold or sick, because it’s the turning point of season. So, we should protect our body from sickness. First, wash your hands and gargle often. Specially, when you came back from outside, there is many bacteria on your hands and throat, so you have to wash your hands with soap and gargle. When you wash your hands, don’t forget to use soap, so we can kill bacteria. We should attach those customs. Second, sleep enough. Usually we can’t sleep enough on school days, because we need to wake up early and we have a lot of homework. However, if we don’t sleep enough, our body can’t take a rest and can’t reset so our body will be tired and easy to get sick. Therefore we should try to sleep enough. For example, do homework early and go to bed early, so that you can have enough sleep. In my opinion, if we don’t want to get sick we should do those steps to protect our body. So, our body won’t get sick easily.
