How to protect myself from sickness
There are one way that we can protect myself from sickness. We need to do more exercise. Because do More exercise can make your body get stronger and can let you body feel better. Do more exercise also can lost your fat to get muscle. After you exercise you will get tired. Then you will want to eat much, and you also can sleep better in the night. For example, one day I got sick and I always got better then got worse. So I went to exercise, I ran in the every morning. After ranning I always ate much and I felt the body strength. Then I walked to the school and after school I still ran for an hour. I could ate three bowl of rice after ranning. I could fall asleep few minutes in the evening. After two weeks I felt my body got better than before. In my conclusion, do more exercise can let far away the sickness.
