I think doing some sports everyday is good for our health. For example, Did football practice, I became very healthy when many other people got swine flu. Going to GYM from this week, I felt good after weight lifting every day. When I did some sports, at that day, I will go to bed very early. We can make our body strong and healthy when we do some sports, also we can get muscle from sport. Many football player just wore T-shirt and Short paints when the weather become very cold because the do many sports and practice everyday. In my conclusion, I think doing sports everyday is very important and good for our healthy.
